ABOUT THE PROJECT

L.I.F.E

Project L.I.F.E. focuses on emotions, social relationships, communication, tolerance, cooperation, well-being and acceptance of differences on all levels of the institution. Children will get to know themselves, their thoughts and behaviours better, they will build personal relationships and develop tolerance and acceptance of their peers. Employees will broaden their communications skills, deepen their knowledge of different responses in conflict situations and learn how to take an even better care of good personal relations within the organisation. We will try to bring the project closer to the parents by organising workshops and enabling social activities, with an intent to better involve and include the more vulnerable families and to help the families grow their social network outside of kindergarten/school. Organisations will establish encouraging and positive environments, build additional networks with local communities and strengthen social relations on all levels, with a special attention being dedicated to the families from the more vulnerable groups in society.
